Our goal, as an engineering and building performance consulting firm, is to provide thorough high-quality services, even in the tightest of timelines! By providing the following information, you will be added to our scheduling system.

Wide range of engineer inspections, foundation analysis, engineering work for footings, columns, beams, headers, load-bearing walls, and retaining walls, deck engineering, structural plan preparation, and review with engineer stamp on plans for city approvals, scope of repairs needed, etc.; working with architects to complete plans, shear-wall analysis/ engineering, roof analysis, attic insulation/ ventilation issues, ice dams on roofs, water intrusion issues, construction defect analysis (expert witness/litigation), consumer advocate for storm damage, insurance claim support.
Our services do not include construction or contractor services; however, we can refer you to others.

$300.00/hour (minimum of 2 hours - travel time included one way) typically includes a stamped engineer report. If you require an engineering drawing there will be extra charges. Some projects are on a bid/budget fee.
Payment is due upon invoice receipt via check or credit card (additional processing fee of 2.0% added). Overdue accounts are subject to a service fee of <8%> per annum for residential projects and <18%> per annum for commercial projects.

If you must cancel, please provide us with 24-hour notice to avoid a $50.00 cancellation fee.

You are authorizing photos, relating to this project, to be used on the CBS website, blog and for other marketing purposes.

(a) Any person or company supplying labor or materials for this improvement to your property may file a lien against your property if that person or company is not paid for the contributions.

(b) Under Minnesota law, you have the right to pay persons who supplied labor or materials for this improvement directly and deduct this amount from our contract price, or withhold the amounts due them from us until 120 days after completion of the improvement unless we give you a lien waiver signed by persons who supplied any labor or material for the improvement and who gave you timely notice.”

A person who fails to provide the notice shall not have the lien and remedy provided by this chapter.

The notice required by this subdivision is not required of any person who is an owner of the improved real estate, to any corporate contractor of which the owner of the improved real estate is an officer or controlling shareholder, to any contractor who is an officer or controlling shareholder of a corporation which is the owner of the improved real estate, or to any corporate contractor managed or controlled by substantially the same persons who manage or control a corporation which is the owner of the improved real estate.
